This time, it focuses on menu updates, including warmer dishes that will appeal to both connoisseurs and casual customers during the cooler temperatures of Lisbon, in an interior and terrace prepared and adapted for winter.

Embarking on the journey:

For appetizers, the new menu now features the delicious gratinated shrimp, composed of shrimp in bechamel sauce with oven-gratinated cheese, accompanied by traditional "bolo do caco" bread. Another menu innovation includes more flexible dishes that can be combined and enjoyed at different tasting moments. Among them, creamy polenta with confit egg yolk, white truffle powder, and Parmesan shavings, as well as the special oyster mushroom, recently arrived in the Catch Me kitchen. Perfect starters for a journey to haute cuisine.

Sumptuous main courses:

The main courses are specially designed to provide an immersion into the season. This time, the kitchen presents the traditional cod loin confit with cornbread, accompanied by sweet potato puree, tapenade, and smoked cream sauce, giving a modern touch to a Portuguese-origin dish. The unique new menu also brings the new Oyster mushroom, mentioned above, cultivated 100% organically in the city of Lisbon, a delicious vegetarian option accompanied by spinach cream, mozzarella fior di latte, sunflower furikake, and onion powder. In addition to beautiful presentation, the new main courses stand out for their flavor and textures.

The sweetness of a happy ending:

For a splendid end to this flavor journey, the menu introduces a new dessert: apple crumble. Maintaining the sweetness of the original recipe, it is prepared with apple compote, cinnamon crumble, and Lotus biscuit, delicately finished with red berry coulis and vanilla ice cream. The perfect touch that everyone loves.

New for the littlest crew members:

For a cozier space, the new menu brings the new Kids Menu, available in two options: the mini steak sandwich with french fries and white rice with minced beef and french fries, providing a tastier journey for the youngest crew members.
